Help & saves

Website and mini-game

The website uses the updated shared interface while retaining the existing website accounts, rooms and game records. Albums and reward rules may share a configuration; this does not automatically link personal accounts, progress or inventories with the mini-game.

Tasks, coins and decorations

Available task pages show their requirements and rewards. The server checks valid contributions and reward claims, and retries do not grant duplicates. Coins, experience, album collections and decorations belong to the corresponding website account or guest identity. Web play does not consume energy.

Test feedback and data requests

Feedback is voluntary. Include the time, page and problem, and redact unnecessary personal information from screenshots. Never send passwords, recovery codes or sign-in credentials. Account & security accepts deletion requests and displays their status; submitting one does not automatically erase the account or backups.

Room chat

Open room conversation through the people or chat entry, and close it with the panel control. Seated players can use the website’s room text chat, with up to 300 characters per message and at least two seconds between sends. Use the input and hiding controls provided by the current panel. Chat does not change puzzle progress, and the updated interface does not turn it into mini-game friend messaging.

Start playing

Tables hold up to eight players. Join through the public lobby or create a puzzle from an available gallery image. Piece counts and creation conditions are shown in the current interface and checked by the server; the existing website requires a standard account to create rooms with 500 pieces or more. New puzzles above 1,000 pieces are paused, while existing larger rooms and progress retain their continuation paths.

Where saves live

Public table progress is saved on the server and can be continued from My puzzles. A public room is shown in the lobby for 24 hours from the moment it is created (36 hours for 500 pieces and up), and playing again does not extend that. Once it leaves the lobby, everyone who played it can still return from My puzzles; tables nobody has played, with no connected or placed pieces, are cleared sooner. Existing private and solo rooms retain their 30-day policy after actual play or completion; this interface update does not delete previous records.

Guests and accounts

Clearing browser data, private browsing, switching devices or changing the site domain can make guest identity and local saves unavailable. Signing in does not automatically merge local saves or guest achievements.

Playing together

Drag a piece and release it near the correct position to connect it. Pieces held by another player are marked as occupied. Wait for reconnection after a network interruption; repeated refreshes are not needed.

Account recovery

Generate and save a one-time recovery code in Account & security. It lasts 180 days. Resetting or changing a password invalidates old sessions and recovery codes. Email recovery is not connected yet.

Puzzle assistance

Each player gets these underlay/hint uses per puzzle: 108 pieces 2/3, 300 pieces 3/5, 500 pieces 4/8, and 1,000 or more pieces 6/12. Each use lasts 30 seconds; hints highlight up to three pieces and their matching numbered positions without placing them. Reloading or rejoining with the same identity does not reset usage. Ads are not open.

Start a table with your own picture

Upload a picture, pick a piece count and open a public table. The picture is kept only while the room is alive.
