Audience
This test is available to the public and may include minors. Ordinary visitors are not employed testers. Minors and guardians may read these terms and the privacy information without charge and contact the published channels. Feedback is voluntary. Actual access must align with implemented identity checks, protections for minors and applicable launch requirements.
Testing and statutory rights
This website is a test version. Interruptions and feature changes may occur; participation does not waive your statutory privacy, property or consumer rights. The updated interface continues to use your existing website account and game records. This version has no cash purchases, automatic renewal, rewarded ads or energy system.
Existing accounts and game entitlements
Changing the interface does not require repurchasing existing entitlements or permit arbitrary deletion of existing accounts, rooms, coins, collections or decorations in the name of testing. Shared content rules do not automatically merge website and mini-game accounts or inventories. Guests still depend on their browser credentials, and signing in does not automatically merge every guest record.
Rule and reward changes
Requirements and rewards for available tasks, album visibility and decoration redemption are explained on their pages, with valid actions checked by the server. Operational settings may change future content or values. Changes affecting acquired entitlements, existing gifts or important rules will explain their impact and handling, with notice or confirmation as required. A configuration update alone does not justify arbitrary removal of recorded lawful entitlements.
Voluntary feedback and personal information
Participation does not require meeting testing targets, unpaid work, feedback or marketing. Acceptance is not blanket authorization for all data processing, third-party terms or future charges. Specific information handling and rights channels are described in the privacy information.
Service changes and responsibility
We will take reasonable steps to address maintenance and faults and explain significant effects. Migration, service closure or changes to existing-save handling require applicable notice and appropriate data and entitlement procedures. Test notices do not exclude statutory safety, privacy, contractual or tort responsibilities. Claims that test data has no value or that we hold the final interpretation do not override your rights.
Proportionate moderation and appeals
Verified malicious piece grabbing, harassment, cheating or abusive requests may lead to proportionate restrictions with the necessary reasons recorded. Reasonable criticism, ordinary feedback or refusal of unnecessary permissions are not grounds for penalties. Feedback and published support channels are available for reasons and appeals; statutory complaint and court remedies remain available.
Young users and applicable requirements
Young users should review play rules with a parent or guardian. The test label, free access or self-declared age does not replace applicable identity checks, protection of minors, privacy or launch requirements. Page wording is not proof that those requirements have been completed. Access arrangements must match the measures actually implemented.
Changes to terms and leaving
Material changes to these terms will be highlighted, with renewed confirmation where required. You may stop using the service and request handling of your account or personal information. Preselected options or bundled acceptance do not remove your choices. We do not require waiving statutory remedies or accepting unreasonably distant dispute jurisdiction.
Upload pictures you may use
Before uploading, confirm that you have the right to use the picture. Solo play and private rooms show it only to you and invited players; if you open a public room or change a room to public, other players will see the picture, so do not upload content that infringes others’ rights or that you do not want other players to see. Uploads do not enter the public gallery.
Free testing
This version is for testing. Creating and joining public tables is free. This version has no purchase entry and does not initiate charges.
Playing together
Respect other players. Do not use abusive names, repeatedly seize pieces through scripts, or overload the service. Administrators may review and suspend problem rooms or accounts, with recorded reasons.
Service availability
Interruptions can occur during testing. Rooms follow the stated retention rules; browser saves are not cross-device cloud saves.
Images and use
The gallery uses images with documented provenance and permission: most are generated for this project, and some are user-provided with permission to publish. Puzzle play does not grant resale rights to images, trademarks or other assets. Before public launch, the operator must still review generation-service terms, provenance and other applicable rights.
Future paid features
If paid features launch, pricing, currency, benefits and refund information will be shown before payment. Puzzle assistance is free within each game’s allowances; ads are not integrated.
